3. Fidfly Services may include but are not limited to the facilitation of digital financial products, telecommunications services, data plans, and other offerings from Fidfly Partner Institutions (as hereinafter defined). Fidfly acts as an intermediary and is not a bank or financial institution.
1. “Fidfly Partner Institutions” are entities with which Fidfly has agreements to distribute or facilitate products or services, including but not limited to banks, NBFCs, telecom operators, and insurance providers.
2. “Fidfly Platforms” include the Fidfly mobile app, Fidfly Website, and any other communication channels such as SMS, phone, email, and WhatsApp through which Fidfly interacts with Users.
1. When you use Fidfly Services, you may be required to provide personal data including but not limited to identification documents, financial information, KYC details, geolocation, and contact details (“User Data”).
2. Fidfly uses User Data for purposes including but not limited to: (a) account creation, (b) service delivery, (c) fraud prevention, (d) compliance with applicable laws, and (e) marketing and customer engagement.
3. Fidfly may share User Data with Fidfly Partner Institutions, regulatory bodies, and service providers as required under law or to provide Fidfly Services.
